How do I book the tour?
You have to choose the tour you want to reserve in our website. Then choose the resort, from where your excursion will start and book it online. Payment is with credit/debit card.
How can I pay to you?
We accept Visa, Maestro, Master Card credit and debit cards.
Can you arrange our accommodation or airport transfer?
Yes, please contact us in advance. We’ll be glad to recommend and book accommodation and transfer based on your preferences and budget.
Do you cater for disabilities?
If someone in your group is less able, then contact us in advance. We will give you more details about the excursion and the vehicles we are using.
Is the insurance included in the price?
No, the travel insurance is usually NOT included in the tours but we can happily assist you in purchasing it.
Where the tour starts from?
For each trip, you will find detailed information in the description. If you have additional questions, we will be happy to answer you!
Are the tours “kids friendly”?
All tours are created with children in mind, except “Party Boat”.
Will I be able to recognise the stops?
Wherever possible, bus stops will have some sort of signage, however, the vast majority of our bus stops do not have visible signage due to traffic regulations.
If bus stops are signalled, the size of the sign will vary from one tour to another.
Do you offer tours in other languages?
Yes, you can find here all tours we organize in German. For other languages, please contact us!
Do I need to tip my guide?
The tip is not included in the price.
Tipping in Bulgaria is based on the quality of service you are getting and ranges between 5-15%. So feel free to tip the guide/driver but only if you are satisfied with his service.
Can I change a booking or get a refund?
You can change your booking if you contact us at least 48 hours in advance. You can also cancel your booking fully without penalty charge 48 hours before your excursion date.
Please note that the bank transfer charges for the refund will be covered by you!
Unfortunately, all changes made within the 48 hours before the date of the tour are NONREFUNDABLE or subject to an extra charge.
I have purchased tickets online but have not received the confirmation email. What should I do?
If you do not receive a confirmation email within a few minutes of finalising the purchase, please check your spam or junk mail folder just in case the email found its way there.
